What does it mean if an item is available for preorder

The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want.  The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed.  This is the only way we can allocate the item to you. cription

What if I need to change or cancel my order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, feel free to email Customer Service at theroomlv@outlook.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.

How can I return my order

Most orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

You can visit this link to view our return policy and return your order. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

How long does U.S. shipping take

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. All orders $150 and over will require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, THE ROOM is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.

How long does international shipping take

We are not able to do international shipping at this moment.

Can I change my shipping method

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

How do I return my order

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our theroomlv@outlook.com.

We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States.

Clothing, Jewelry, and Shoes are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. THE ROOM boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all THE ROOM and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
